Apache recognizing handheld meta tag

We host oneindia.in and oneindia.mobi pages on Linux/Apache.

Every page of hours has a 'handheld' meta tag (which I think is a standard set by Google)

For e.g. http://news.oneindia.in/2009/05/22/peta-goes-gaga-over-zoozoos.html has the following in the header,

Is there anyway if a handheld visits http://news.oneindia.in/2009/05/22/peta-goes-gaga-over-zoozoos.html the apache server can redirect the user to http://news.oneindia.mobi/2009/05/22/582314.html
